The property comes fully furnished and has low HOA fees, which do increase if you decide to exercise your right to purchase the land adjacent, a benefit of this property. The property is a medium distance to the beach walkable for adults, probably an issue for young children. The property has a nice pool and interior, but would require slight investment, mainly in decor. Currently the property looks a bit empty and could do with some additions.
