This is a very well priced pre-build for what its quality will be. This property is held back only by its location which is east of Huacas, around 30 minutes from any beach in the area. The comparable properties in this area perform ok and get a reasonable ADR and Occupancy. This is likely due to their very high quality. These properties in the condominium can be cheaper as their location just isn’t good.

One of the benefits to this property is that you can get to almost any beach on the Guanacaste coast as Huacas has roads that lead north and south. This property isn’t ranked well simply because of it’s location. There isn’t high demand for properties that far away from the beaches.
