This luxury villa is located between Playa Grande and Playa Cabuya on the other side of the Cabo Velas. The property comes fully furnished and is very new. The view is as good as it comes and the villa itself is great, the only issue is with its location. It really is located very far away from all the restaurants, shops and the beach. This most likely would achieve the best occupancy rating as there are similar villas located much closer to towns and the beach, specifically in Tamarindo and Playa Grande.

With not many comparable vacation rentals in near by, we’ve used comparable villas in Upper Playa Grande and applied a discount for its location issue. We’ve assumed that this house can average a daily rate of $775 and an occupancy of 38%.
