María José Pérez

María José is Costa Rican (Tica) and has more than 8 years working in Hospitality and Marketing. She is also experienced in Quality Assurance for Software Development and is also experienced in Digital Project Management.

María José has worked with Richard for many years, successfully completing many projects and building many successful and functioning websites! Currently María José is in charge of Marketing and Property Management for Costa Rica Investments and Karabi Villas, our property management arm of the company which only manages our own luxury properties.

María José has been in charge of the property management for our Manuel Antonio Tree House Villas and Xanadú Villas La Fortuna. Within 90 days of the properties being listed we have already received over $100,000 of future reservations through María José’s leadership and management.

María José has also managed multiple internal projects in regards to marketing and web development, such as building and ironing out our Model Investment Property service. As we are always on the look for properties to buy, our analysed property page gives detail into example investment properties that are on the market (or have since been removed). María José has been in charge of keeping that running smoothly and keeping other projects like that afloat.
